What does "refurbished" mean — are these used laptops?
Refurbished devices are previously-used machines that we test, repair, clean and restore to fully working condition. Every device passes a 60-point QC checklist and ships with a 1-year MK Warranty. Cosmetically they range from "like new" to "minor signs of use" — we grade each device honestly.
How is the home-service visit fee calculated?
The visit fee depends purely on distance from our shop in Sahibabad: ₹50 within 2 km, ₹100 up to 5 km, ₹200 up to 10 km, ₹350 up to 20 km, and ₹500 beyond. The repair charge is separate and shared with you for approval before any work starts.
Do you offer GST invoices and EMI?
Yes — GST invoices are issued on every order. EMI is available on most products via Razorpay (credit cards, debit cards, and select UPI EMI partners), starting at ₹999/month for eligible devices.
What if the product I receive is defective?
We offer a 7-day no-questions return and a 14-day replacement policy for defective devices. Beyond that, the 1-year MK Warranty covers all hardware faults.
I want to sell 50+ old laptops / PCs. What's the process?
Fill out our Bulk Export inquiry form with quantity and approximate specs. Our B2B team will reach out within 4 business hours with a per-unit quote. We arrange free pickup, do a certified data wipe, and pay on the same day.
Do you service printers and old desktops too?
Yes — our home-service covers laptops, desktop PCs (all brands), and printers (inkjet, laser, multi-function). We carry common spare parts so most repairs are completed in a single visit.
